YOU ARE NEVER TOO OLD TO CHANGE AND IMPROVE YOUR PATH
We all had our moments of doubt in our life paths, careers.
Let me share with you a little bit of my journey.
I remember sitting in traffic heading to my school (I used to work as a high school admin for almost 8 years when I moved to the USA) & thinking to myself “ is this it ? Is this what I will be doing from now on?!” Then flash back at my career in my Paris France (over 15 years in fashion production, travelling the world to factories ️). .
Now, I didn’t quit that day, I took the time to assess what I was lacking to feel happy in my life. I made the proper health and mind changes.
I passionately started to work & develop myself, my skill sets in my businesses while keeping my job at the school.
2 years down with the support of an amazing soul, I asked to go in a part time position within the school district then little after that i was able to confidently quit (still with a little bubble in my gut but a good one).
If you are experiencing similar feelings of frustration or even regret about the direction of your life/career, this post is intended to help you examine the question, “Am I reaching my potential?” This is not the same as asking, “How do I rise to the top?” or “How can I be successful in my career?” Rather, it’s about taking a very personal look at how you define success in your heart and then finding your path to get there.

Too many people feel like victims in their careers, when in fact we have a substantial degree of control. To gain that control it will requires you to take a fresh look at your behavior in three main areas:
1️⃣knowing yourself.
2️⃣excelling at critical tasks.
3️⃣demonstrating character & leadership.
You can become and accomplish anything in life! Your successes, greatness, and potential are determined by you alone and the choices you make.
I now can confidently tell you what I am passionate and good at helping /guiding and support individuals to unleash & reach their potentials mentally/ physically & professionally. I help aspiring entrepreneurs, small businesses start/ scale their businesses, leverage/ grow their assets & at time, I help bigger corporations on organizational, marketing projects.
